This cafe has such a beautiful exterior. The building's facade is really something to see and a historic treasure with so much charm. It promises so much. Inside, its quite a disappointment. The cakes and pastries are good but the eating area is dowdy, old fashioned and tired, which really lets the cafe and St Moritz itself, down. Service is pleasant and the food is ok but much too pricey for what is delivered. Upstairs is another floor set with tables, that seems never to be used. The whole place has the feeling that its not being professionally run - its tired and over priced and it seems as if the management relies on the name and situation rather than on its own merits. No internet either....It just doesn't cut it.
