Ok easy could be an exaggeration....I really REALLY have to keep chanting to myself ''just turn and go down, and turn, and turn and ...'' in order to ski down towards this place.
BUT I did only start skiing two weeks ago, at the time of writing this review. Everyone else doesn't seem to have a problem getting here.
It really is worth it and I do look forward to our lunch breaks here. They do an amazing 'Skiwasser' to revive your senses after a cold morning of skiing - it's basically hot water, mixed with some lemon, syrup, something which makes it pink looking - and it tastes so good!
Their bratwurst and the spaghetti carbonara is also mouth-wateringly tasty too!
Prices are reasonable, but do book over lunch - if the weather is nice, sitting outside on their terrace and watching the snow-capped peaks in front of you is extremely peaceful.
Outside of the dining area is the apres-ski bar; apparently this is very popular in Europe. Everyone stands outside in the cold, in their heavy skiing gear, loud music blaring out and everyone gets drunk on alcohol before throwing themselves down the mountain again...in the hopes they reach the bottom in one piece.....
It's a very fun and energetic atmosphere though, what with the music and people dancing around as much as they can in ski/snowboard boots and in the snow.
