On our recent week-long stay at Hotel Regina, we took three of our evening meals at Jack's Brasserie. We were very happy with our meals and presentation. The meat dishes were cooked perfectly with interesting side dish pairings. One night, I was in the mood for a simple pasta dish and was very happy to see that it compared quite favorably with those I've enjoyed in Italy. We tended to keep our choices simple over all. My wife enjoyed their green salad, made with a variety of interesting greens, tossed with a very tasty dressing. But, beyond the food, we were well taken care of by Phillip, Peter and other members of the wait staff.
We had stayed at the Regina on our first trip to Switzerland, but only ate breakfast on-site. We were very pleased with the service, presentation and taste of all the dishes we ordered.
