There wasn't anything to dislike about this hotel. We had a room at the end of the hall in the turrett shape. This made for a large loungeroom with loads of seating, big remote television and coffee table. We also had a large comfortable bedroom which faced the mountains with a Nespresso coffee machine. The bathroom was devine, with french doors that opened onto a terrance overlooking the river and the funicular going up the mountains to the rear of the hotel. There were large, opening windows throughout our rooms offering expansive views over the park, town and onto the mountains in the distance. Spotless room. Coffee, tea, milk, chocolates and sweets delivered daily as well as employees who knocked discreetly each day to see if we needed anything at all.
The restaurant was lovely, excelent service and food, both breakfast and evening. Again, dining with gorgeous views outside large windows.
There is a lovely pool and massage rooms also. The hotel is within walking distance of town and makes for an enjoyable, easy stroll around the quaint shops and cafes etc.
Would definately stay here again! Beautiful.
