We had dinner here after a bad experience the night before in our hotel (we didn't sleep in this hotel, only had dinner). The food was very good and we came back a second time.
The first day we had meat, very good, tender, perfectly cooked. The second day we had a very good Fondue, the owner also gave us some good advice on how to taste it better and even on an infusion to help us digest it quicker. We finished off, both times, by a very tasteful meringue, which was first invented in Meiringen.
Though we were going to leave the day after, the owner took quite some time to give us indications and advice on what to see in the area next time. So we'll probably be back and sleep here as well, since the place looked very well taken care of and the staff was very nice.More
