We went on day trip to Chamonix on this Key tours bus. It was a day late as per our plan as on the previous day when we were late to catch the 1st bus. The travels operating that day was different, SAT tours or Alpy I guess. And we arrived the next day and bought tickets for this KeyTours bus which was priced around 30-40 euros more than the other travels. Just an ordinary bus. Few other people were on this bus using ticket from other sources like viator that includes food etc. And there was this guide called Neil, the Irish man. He was interacting with everyone in the bus asking names, explaining the route and stuff. We were in the front row and he didnt even to bother to look at us, I dont know why, but we felt he was avoiding us. He talked to the Americans to our right and behind, but they too didnt seem to enjoy his jokes anyway. It doesnt hurt to ask names even if our ticket prices were less. This was the only instance when me and my partner felt discrimination due to the skin color. I am Indian, so not pure white or black. We never felt this way during our 10 days in France and Switzerland. In fact, people were so nice and helping in Paris and Geneva. This bus tour was an exception for us.
Coming back to the review, I would say you pay extra money for nothing. You dont want to pay 30 euros extra just to hear a guide say "hey look thats Mont Blanc" which anyone with common sense can understand :). I would recommend any other bus operators in Geneva and they are be better than KeyTours!
