My return trip to Eastwest Hotel was a great as last time. Highly recommend.
Beds comfy, very clean, staff excellent and good position.
Will be back for sure

Just returned from a trip to Geneva and I just loved staying in Eastwest. From the moment we arrived the staff were excellent, attentitive enough to deal with our requests but not overbearing at all.
The room was just amazing; comfortable, stylish and so different to any of the other hotels I have stayed in.

This is now my number one choice of hotel in Geneva.

I can second all the reviews that said the place was a relaxed, well-run establishment: clean, well-appointed, good to excellent service especially the guys on the front desk. Just remember to get the staff to show you how the A/C works before you go to bed - our room was really, really hot. But we couldn't bring ourselves to open the windows. Which takes me to the next part of my review - the location. During daytime, its environs are good with the Cafe des Arts across the road and shops easily accessible. However, we stayed at the hotel on the weekend of New Years Eve and at night time it was another story. Seriously scary noises all night, every night. I'm told Geneva has a problem with drug users - like any city - but they must have all been in the Paquis area that weekend. Hence we couldn't open our windows at night! So that's why I didn't rate sleep quality at 5. But going by the reviews I might stay here again maybe not on a weekend like NYE?

We stayed in Geneva during the International Motor Show (but this was not the purpose of our visit!!) and as a result, the hotel was very expensive! BUT, Geneva is obviously and expensive place, so you have to put the prices aside! That said, it was good value for money compared to other prices online for other hotels.

Eastwest was in a nice residential neighborhood which was a short walk from the train station and minutes from the old town and lake front. Hotels in Geneva provide visitors with a free transport card, but to be honest we didn't need it as we walked everywhere! We only used it for our return journey to the airport (5 mins on the train!)

Our courtyard room was lovely and the bed was super comfortable. The shower was great with the rain shower head and loads of hot water. Steam free mirror is always great.

We had breakfast included in our rate, but otherwise I would buy breakfast at the hotel. (70 CHF for 2 - about €50) which is very expensive for some coffee and croissants - even in Geneva!

We didn't eat dinner there so I can't say about the food. Both nights we ate in a lovely little restaurant nearby called La-Bergerie-Du-Gruyère - which I would recommend for good local food and wine! It was hard to find a decent place nearby for late night drinks and we ended up in nearby English and Irish bars which wouldn't usually be my thing, but the beer was good!

The hotel was a handy base for exploring the old town and lake. I would definitely stay here again!
