I stayed here with my Mum and Dad in August first week. It was too hot in the room, I went to reception and told the man that Air conditioning is not working, man said it's freshen air and not the air conditioning and according to Swiss law the temperature would only be less 6 degree Celsius against outside temperature. I went back to room and realised it was getting hotter instead and checked the outside temperature which was only 25 degree C, I went back to the man and requested if there is any fan so we can sleep as their air conditioning (Freshen Air unit ) is not cooling down and getting hotter instead, the man eventually said 'I'm afraid I cannot help you with that, we do not have any fan' ,I asked 'so how are we suppose to sleep in that hot, the man at the reception said ' I cannot help you with that, GOODNIGHT'.
IBIS hotel advertise 15 minutes problem solving policy for customers, my problem has not been solved in 24 hours, 2nd NIGHT MY DAD COULD NOT SLEEP SO HE HAD TO GO TO PARK IN MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT with his sleeping bag.
I filled a survey online on their website and I did mention about the problem,
I HAD AN EMAIL FROM ASSISTANT MANAGER APOLOGISING AND ASKING MY CONTACT NUMBER TO DISCUSS THE ISSUE, I REPLIED WITH MY MOBILE NUMBER, HE NEVER CALLED OR BOTHER TO SEND ME ANOTHER EMAIL THAT WHY HE COULDN'T CALL.
I BOOKED THIS HOTEL BECAUSE IT WAS CHEAPEST ON THE INTERNET,
PLEASE IF YOU HAVE HAVE TO PAY ANOTHER £10 FOR A DIFFERENT HOTEL then it would be worth a lot.

I have tried to call you several times without success.
We understand your disappointment regarding the situation you had to face with our employee. We strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent future occurrence in our customer service.
Our 15 min contract would have worked if we had to face a technical problem. In this case, we are providing air freshening nor air conditioning in accordance to the Swiss regulation in terms of environment.
We appreciate your concerns, and it is our hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the near future.
