Free shuttle is a plus. Rooms clean and more than adequae. Resturant and bar are overpriced and pretty poor for an otherwise very good chain.
Unfortunately there is nothing locally so you are into a taxi ride to eat a decent meal.

Although it may not be of the same standards of other NH hotels, it does the job as just another airport hotel.

The hotel is located in a not very appealing area. But this should not be a problem if you just want to get to the airport the following day.

Room was clean and comfortable enough, though it was not fun to find a long hair in the toilet paper. This is perhaps recycling taken to another level.

Reception staff's service quality: varied. The man at check-in would benefit from additional training, especially regarding courtesy and literacy skills. The lady at check-out was efficient and polite.

The shuttle bus service was reliable, and the drivers do a good job without expecting tips à la Américain.

Placed in a business area on the backside of the airport this hotel has not got the best placement i Geneva. Luckily there is a free shuttle bus to the airport all day and a tram stop nearby. Rooms are big but looks a bit worn, the room i had was quite noisy both from window facing airport and from room door. Breakfast/ restaurant is good but very expensive if not included in price. Wifi is only free in the lobby and extremely expensive on the room.

The hotel is located close to the airport, so the plane noise is disturbing in the morning.
If you have a car, there is no place to park except in the hotel underground parking and the daily parking price is quite expensive.
The hotel does not offer different choice of pillow, we had feather pillow which was annoying for us (the staff did not tried to find other type of pillow).
