I stayed here for 1 night on the way to skiing with husband and daughter. The staff were very helpful and the shuttle bus is a big bonus. I see the hotel is now 3 star which is more appropriate. The room was comfortable and quiet. I would recommend the hotel as helpful staff willing to put themselves out for quests are worth more than an extra star. Thank you.

Have to saw that although this hotel is not a 4 star as described it is generally a good / adequate clean hotel in a very quiet part of Geneva.
Firstly this hotel offers a free shuttle to and from the airport which is very handy , phoned when collecting bags and Hotel people carrier was there in 20 mins and then booked it for our return which was no problem either.

The Hotel is located in a quiet suburb about 10 minutes from the main train station and about 20 mins from the old town across the bridge , it is a pleasant walk into the centre through an area called les grottes which has some interesting architecture .

The hotel itself is quite small and a bit dated , on entry the lobby and sitting area / bar take up all of the ground floor , the staff are helpful and all speak good english and have a good knowledge of whats on offer in Geneva for all sorts of visitors.

The rooms are quite spacious but slightly dated and have mini bars ( very expensive) flat screen TV's and electronic safes which are very handy , beds are comfortable and rooms are spotlessly clean.

Hotel is extremely quiet and an additional nice touch is that rooms seem to be cleaned in the afternoon around 3pm so there is no problem with cleaners waking you early in the morning.

All in all a good basic standard hotel for anyone looking to explore geneva , only minor criticisms are that it is slightly dated and slightly out of the way particulary for the old town .

We really enjoyed our city break at this hotel. It was excellent value for money. The staff were very helpful. We booked for the buffet breakfast there was plenty of food to fill us until our evening meal ! Also the coffee and tea provided which we made ourselves in our room, saved us a fortune.

This hotel is very clean. We were given a lovely room with a large comfortable bed. We took a number 8 bus from the train station. Only two stops !

The hotel does free airport transfers. Our flight was too late in the evening to arrange a transfer from Geneva airport.. But they took us to the airport for our flight home. I would recommend this hotel highly. In fact we have booked this hotel again for next year.

Like the previous reviewer we were a bit concerned as to what we had booked before visiting TripAdvisors web site. We were relieved to find that for the price we paid it was reasonable value for money and the hotel was well located, 10 minutes walk to the lake. Yes, it looks a bit tired but it was clean and functional. The staff we met were friendly and very helpful. The free shuttle service provided was great, cases were taken from the airport straight to our room and back again. As for the breakfast, it was just fine, more than we would normally have time for in the morning. As for the toiletries in the bath room, they are part of the mini-bar service and like mini-bars all around the world are expensive. We would certainly recommend a visit to both the Red Cross museum and the UN building which are easy to get to by the number 8 bus on the opposite side of the road from the hotel. You will need your passport to visit the UN. Our only dissapointment during the visit was the Jet was down for maintenance.
