“Very close to Conavin main Train station.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 5 days ago NEW via mobile

If you are looking for a good hotel close to main train station, this is it. It is located within a walking distance 10 min from the station. The room is nice and clean and comfortable. My family of 3 people can fit into the room with big sofa bed for extra bed. Breakfast offered are average. The hotel have a big lobby area with plenty seat. Coop supermarket is opp hotel where you can find drinks and snack you like.

I stayed for a few nights for business purposes.
The hotel's location is excellent: 6 minute walk from the central train station and a tram station right at the front of the hotel. There's a supermarket just outside the front door. Walking to the lake and the old city takes no more than 15-20 minutes.

Service at the hotel was superb. Staff are extremely helpful and speak good English.
The room was of high quality and also the breakfast was excellent. Free wifi internet was also very good with hardly any problems.

The hotel's design and appearance are very nice and provide a warm and friendly atmosphere.

Overall, my experience was very positive and I certainly recommend this hotel.

A beautifully furnished hotel with the friendliest of staff providing first class service
Geneva is a beautiful city with a great transport system The bus stops outside this hotel while the train station is a short stroll away. The restaurant served a good selection of food and wines
We would certainly return here.

We stayed in a junior suite for two nights in April 2015.
From reservation to checkout the staff were incredibly helpful and courteous, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was very well maintained and the room was beautifully appointed, including Hermès toiletries in the marble bathroom. Views out of the mountains and a large yet unobtrusively positioned TV had tv and radio in 6 languages.
My only complaints was that we were there as the weather started to heat up and the air conditioning is on a hotel-wide basis, meaning that we were very hot in out room. The hotel staff brought us a very good fan, but it was still uncomfortable.
Breakfast was huge and very well staffed.
The wifi was so slow we used 4G tethering on our iPhones.

Room Tip: Jr suites are on the corners of each floor - "city view" means you are not facing the trai...

The elevator is old and small. There is weird people coming in and out. There was hair in our bath tub, The couch was falling apart. We were upgraded to a suite that did not have A.C and we were locked out of the balcony due to renovations. The air was stale and hot. Thank God they brought us up fans but that just blew around hot stale air. The comforter was dirty and I felt really grossed out staying here. Never Again. If it wasn't for Denis - the very helpful receptionist, that gave us free drinks and breakfast in the hotel restaurant it would have been all the way BAD.

Room Tip: Ask to see the room first !

This hotel was above reproach! Staff upgraded my room free of charge as they were not aware I had a 4 year old as well as a 1 year old with me. The shampoo, soap and conditioner (Hermes, Paris) they have here smells like a million bucks. Would highly recommend anyone to stay here. Price is up there but well worth it.
