We stayed in this hotel for only two nights as we made our way from France to Italy.

Pros:
Very comfortable bed
Excellent bathroom
Quiet
Friendly reception staff
Fairly close to Old Geneve
Tram stops are fairly close by

Cons:
Not really any good restaurants that are close by, although this isn't really the fault of the hotel

A good place to rest up after a long flight . Very comfortable bed with quality bedding and towels. Clean bathroom, good water pressure. The location was just ok. The staff was nice but vague with directions. "Take the train up the street" had us confused and wasting time as there were many options. However this could be a good thing about the location once you learned the system.

Nice hotel - great room service and very helpful staff. Concierge recommended some excellent places to eat, things to do and places to visit.

House keeping was of very good standard, and minibar restocked daily.

Breakfast very good also.

Room facilities very good also including coffee machine. (Only drawback was there were not many English Sky channels - but that's to be expected in a French speaking country)

We stayed here in a junior suite (315) for 3 nights. It was quiet, cosy, extremely clean and well appointed; compared to other rooms it was spacious. There is a double sofa bed, a king size bed, a coffee maker, heated towel rails and delightful bathroom products. The bath is nice and deep and the water very hot.
Negatives: our daughter complained of an uncomfortable sleep on the sofa bed and the pillows needed an update. Once the sofa bed is open, there is not a lot of room to move around.
Don't let the initial impression of the entrance foyer dissuade you from staying. It needs an update also. Continue into the hotel and you will find a lovely bar area and lots of Art Nouveau touches.
The restaurant provides a decent choice for breakfast, like everything in Geneva, it is not what I would call reasonable, however item for item,it is comparable to surrounding cafes.
The staff are extremely helpful and are happy to provide info on tours and restaurants.
