Room was great, spacious and clean (although one towel did have a bit of a blood stain). Room service was excellent, food and especially the dessert was divine!
Next day at breakfast we however got disappointed. At 39 CHF per person we expect top notch food and this was unfortunately not the case. The cold cuts were dry and discoloured and the cheese sweaty and old looking. When told about the cheese the waitress changed it but still did not see the poor cold cuts quality. I could understand if something like this was overlooked due to a stressful and busy restaurant, but the place only had us and three other couples in it - with 3 (!!) staff standing around!
All in all it was a nice place, but felt a bit pretentious and impersonal in the hugh reception area.
Their wellness area seemed nice too but we only tried the water massage bed which was an experience.

We stayed in this hotel for one night, because we missed our flight and wanted to stay at a nice place close to the airport, since the next morning we had an early departure. The room was nice and the common areas too. But the service, with the exception of room service, was disappointing. We arrived at 9.30 at night and were told that the restaurant closes at 10. We rush to have dinner, all exhausted from the stress of the missed flight and all, and are told that we would have to wait at least 45 minutes to be served! And the restaurant was half empty!!!!

So we decide to go to our rooms and order room service. We ask what is the fastest plate the could bring and the person responsible understood how tired and frustrated we were. In 20 minutes food was served, in our rooms. I can't tell you how happy our kids were.

The rooms were nice, but the noise insulation was not good and every time that a door opened or closed at another room we could clearly hear it. Also the heating system was either off or very hot. It couldn't really be set at a stable temperature And the bathroom trash can had not been emptied from the previous guest! And that is in Switzerland!

We asked for a 4 star hotel at the airport and that's what was proposed to us. So we took it. But I wouldn't choose to stay there again. We travel a lot in Switzerland and we know that things can be really better than this.

Pretty new or renovated Hotel very close to Geneva Airport. Rooms are reasonably sized, bath is well equipped, TV and WiFi are good and for free, you can open the window. Breakfast is good but quite expensive for the value offered. Likewise the room is pretty expensive (but this is Geneva).

I've stayed at this hotel and I have to say "chapeau". Despite the high volume, the hotel is immaculately kept. the rooms are big, and the beds are King size and the duvets are excellent. the bathrooms are modern and spotless. there's a nice gym and pool. now shopping center (at least I couldn't see one). For business travelers it's a very safe and very good choice. Breakfast is lavish.
