We stayed in this hotel for one night, because we missed our flight and wanted to stay at a nice place close to the airport, since the next morning we had an early departure. The room was nice and the common areas too. But the service, with the exception of room service, was disappointing. We arrived at 9.30 at night and were told that the restaurant closes at 10. We rush to have dinner, all exhausted from the stress of the missed flight and all, and are told that we would have to wait at least 45 minutes to be served! And the restaurant was half empty!!!!

So we decide to go to our rooms and order room service. We ask what is the fastest plate the could bring and the person responsible understood how tired and frustrated we were. In 20 minutes food was served, in our rooms. I can't tell you how happy our kids were.

The rooms were nice, but the noise insulation was not good and every time that a door opened or closed at another room we could clearly hear it. Also the heating system was either off or very hot. It couldn't really be set at a stable temperature And the bathroom trash can had not been emptied from the previous guest! And that is in Switzerland!

We asked for a 4 star hotel at the airport and that's what was proposed to us. So we took it. But I wouldn't choose to stay there again. We travel a lot in Switzerland and we know that things can be really better than this.

Pretty new or renovated Hotel very close to Geneva Airport. Rooms are reasonably sized, bath is well equipped, TV and WiFi are good and for free, you can open the window. Breakfast is good but quite expensive for the value offered. Likewise the room is pretty expensive (but this is Geneva).

I've stayed at this hotel and I have to say "chapeau". Despite the high volume, the hotel is immaculately kept. the rooms are big, and the beds are King size and the duvets are excellent. the bathrooms are modern and spotless. there's a nice gym and pool. now shopping center (at least I couldn't see one). For business travelers it's a very safe and very good choice. Breakfast is lavish.

This hotel was a great combination of being close to the city and the airport. The breakfast included in my room was great with a wide selection, the staff was very nice and they give you a free public transportation card for the duration of your stay. You can reach the city by a 5 minute walk to the bus and a 10 minute ride or you can take the free airport shuttle to the airport and take the train in to town which took me a total of 30 minutes including walking. Despite being close the airport it was a very quiet hotel and there are two restaurants and a bar/restaurant located onsite. The only drawback is being away from the city center but this can be a good thing too! A recommended property.
