The personnel was kind and willing.
The room was spacious and quiet. The bathroom was ok, with excellent quality products, although body lotion was missing, something I always appreciate when I am on a trip.

The hotel is ideally located for central Geneva and the friendly staff provided great assistance. Rooms were a little old fashioned and tired but a minor issue. One point to note is that the lift to some rooms is quite small and someone with mobility issues might find this a challenge.

Loved this hotel. Very clean, very friendly with families with kids (we stayed there with a 5 month old baby). Really we can't complain about anything. They even brought a cot for the baby in the room free of charge.
Location was excellent too - 5 mins walk to the railwaystation (even with a buggy) and also very close with the old centre (10 mins walk).
Would recommend this hotel to everybody!!!

Room Tip: If you're travelling with children email them before and they will provide you with a cotbed and...

Great location, very helpful staff particularly regarding places to go and location of shops, restaurant menu looked very basic so we ate elsewhere, older style of rooms but tastefully done, fair value by comparison with similar type of hotels but CHF exchange rate isn't friendly. Good 4 star hotel.

Lovely old European hotel, comfortably updated with modern bathrooms. No parking available whatsoever, so unless you arriving by limo or taxi, you should take this into consideration. We had to park 6 blocks away and pay $60 US for the privilege. For that much additional money over and above the room price, we could have had a hotel on the lake. Reception and concierge staff was less than cordial, one person was downright icy, and in general the atmosphere was not customer-friendly. Elevator in the older section unavailable from ground level. You have to lug your baggage up one floor to get the elevator.

Great hotel, great service, clean rooms, and good location. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were superbly appointed. Convenient location to the bridges, lake, and old town as well as to the train station/airport.
