The service was excellent in this hotel, a short walk from the main shopping area and situated in the charming old town of Geneva. We were upgraded to a contemporary junior suite the decor of which we loved. The bathroom was in a more traditional style which we were not as impressed by but still it was in excellent condition and the entire hotel was spotlessly clean. Good continental breakfast included in the price. Beware that the Okd Tiwn can be quite noisy with echoes off the stone buildings, so no option to sleep with windows open, but the hotel is air conditioned, so it wasn't an issue. Excellent traditional Swiss restaurant in the hotel. A lovely alternative to the big hotels along the lake.

I have stayed at Les Armures maybe ten times now, and it is my first choice in Geneva.
It is the epitome of how a hotel should be, in my humble-ish opinion: it just exudes class (and I admit I'm not quite sure why!!)

The rooms will seem small by US or Asian standards, but are probably bigger than average for a city-centre traditional Euroepan hotels. The beds are firm but incredibly comfortable, although the pillows are a bit soft. The clean, spacious and well-lit bathrooms come with a nice selection of toiletries and a magnifying mirror.
It all says "luxury" but very discreetly.
The hotel is in the old town and it's a steep walk up or down coblled streets to get to the main throughfares, but it's worth the effort to savour the quiet, efficient service, the unassuming luxury and the old-world atmosphere.

Love this hotel- it really is lovely in Winter or summer.

The location is great, and the rooms are lovely. The bathroon has a lovely bath tub and the staff are beyond helpful.

There are some lovely eateries nearby too, highly recommend the place behind for cheese raclette :-)

This hotel is wonderful! The rooms are clean and stylish; the location is ideal; the breakfast buffet selection was fresh, varied, and delicious. This review is short, because there is little more I can say. The perfect place to stay in Geneva.
