I'm biased because the specialty at this restaurant is one of my favorite dishes anywhere: local-caught perch fillets. They do two versions: fried, or sauteed in butter. Both are delicious and definitely worth trying if you're in the area. They have several other options on the menu, including local pike fillets and a very good veal dish.
I went as part of a larger party (7) and the service was attentive and professional throughout. The menu is expensive by the standards of most other countries, but not bad by Swiss standards, particularly given the lakeside location.
A 20-min walk from the main train station, or a short cab ride. Seek it out if you're in the area.
