“Impeccable 'business' lunch”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 9, 2013

A very nice restaurant visited with a group of girl friends for a special treat. Very nice menue, vegetarian also well accommodated, absolutely impeccable multilingual service (probably best I ever had). cook chef came towards the end of the meal to greet the guests, which was very nice. Excellent, well justified 2 micheline stars. A set lunch menue with a glass of wine and water came to 100CHF, not cheap but definitely worth it for a nice occassion. will recomment and be back

“First class cuisine”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 29, 2012

We tried the Aroma menu (a tasting menu) and were impressed by the balance and complexity of the dishes - we had some minor dietary restrictions and a time constraint and the team managed to adapt the menu to meet our needs fully.

The service was first class, the presentation of the cheese course was almost theatrical and the food itself was clean, well presented and innovative.

If there was one tiny piece of feedback to pass on - after such an amazing meal, when serving homemade chocolates as the finale, they need to be fantastic to act as the climax of the meal and linger on the way home. But they were very average and do not meet the standards of the rest of the meal. Of course - they are free, so I am not complaining - just think that the team might want to rethink the tiny weak link in a very strong chain!

We'd certainly return - thanks to the whole team

“Grand fantasty Tanja Grandits”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 2, 2012

I've had the rare pleasure to stay at the Stucki for a two day business workshop and be able to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. We also had a tour of the kitchen and behind the scene. It was amazing to see how big and professional the entire crew is and how they prepare everything themselves from croissants to sweets. In fact, it's not just a restaurant it's also a bakery, a patisserie and a comestible specialty store. The wine cellar is equally impressive and holds some rare treasures. Breakfast and lunch were fantastic but dinner was extraordinary: a surprising and sensational series of explosions inside your palate with superbly and subtly-tuned seasoning. The quantities were just enough to enjoy every course in itself and to re-taste again.
Tanja is one of the world's grandest chefs. For me she was cook of the year 2012.

“Clockwork Dining...”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 12, 2012

The cost keeps this establishment "exclusive", the set menu is around CHF150 per person for dinner CHF 60 - 80 for lunch without drinks, and my advice is "Try it once in your life..!!!" .
Ms. Grandits' ability to amaze the palate with subtle infusions and explosive taste sensations really is commendable. The food is very stylishly presented, in an atmosphere of cool efficiency.
4 out of 5 for me, an apple sorbet ended up in my partner's lap. Yes, accidents do happen. :-))
