Our dinner here was one of the freshest, most refined meals we had in the entire two weeks we spent in Umbria, Florence, and Rome. The carpaccio was amazing, and the local Montefalco wine we had with it was great, too. Very attentive service, and a cool upstairs space. The people at the huge communal table seemed to be having a great time, too.
