“Closed in the evening”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed October 5, 2013

The minimetro works great if you want to travel during daytime. From 8 p.m. it is closed, which makes it more difficukt to get to the city centre for the evening meal.

“Very useful!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 6, 2013

The minimetro is worth the ride even if it didn't take you anywhere! A cross between a tube train and a rollercoaster, it goes between the higher part of the old city centre, and a park and ride. In between it stops at the mainline train station, but you could miss it. Turn left out of the station (or from platform 1) and walk about 200 metres. It's very handy as Perugia is so hilly.

“Good way to access central Perugia”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 26, 2013

Great way to quickly access the centre of Perugia, ideal for children - fun. Free parking at the bottom - just a shame the last train back is so early in the evening...

“Minimetrò: a fully automated monorail gets you in the city centre”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 24, 2013

Perugia is a wonderful city, a pearl in the very hearth of Italy. Its main square is magnificent, a sort of open museum. But something very fascinating and definitely modern is the Minimetrò. A part that it lets you to easily park near the footbal stadium, avoiding to drive in a very difficult network of streets dating back to middle age, it gives you the chance to enjoy a futuristic approach to the high, ancient city centre. It's an incredible experience!

“Super Convenient”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 6, 2013

The minimetro is cool and fun to ride. Its super convenient and gets you to the train station in 5 minutes from the City Center. I used it a lot ... the only inconvenient thing is the hours since the last run is at 9.15pm.
