my wife and I and also our two daughters stayed for 5 nigths at the Casa Branca. We slept near the house in the 'casita', an independent small house with one big and one smaller bedroom. The casita was great with nice colours , spacious, a nice bathroom and even a satellite tv so we even could look at the Belgian programs. (160 euro per night)
Emanuelle and Paolo are two lovely, friendly people who will do everything to make your stay perfect. As already mentioned a few times in the comments, Emanuelle is a cooking artist. For only 25 euro you get a great dinner with a great wine. The pool is fantastic (temp 27°C), the dogs are lovely, the atmosphere is quiet and peacefull.
I could not mention one single reason not to stay there if you want to go to the fantastic Umbria-area.
Just one remark: when you have to turn to Casa Branca from the main road, just keep on climbing up the hill, even when you think you are wrong... It's all the way up!!
Please give them a big hug from the Flemish people!
