Came here for 4 days at the end of October for a short break and hopefully a little warmer weather than at home.Unfortunatley it turned rather cold,but we still had a lovely time.The hotel is situated in a great location amid some great little hilltop towns like Spello,Brevagna and Montefalco all worth a visit and of course Assisi within walking distance and nearby Perugia.
The hotel was very clean,and the staff very friendly and helpful.We arrived on a rather wet and slightly cold day,and decided to take advantage of the Spa facilities.Whilst not cheap they were quite amazing,and the next day i had a massage which was lovely.A great bonus on colder days.
We ate in the restaurant on 3 nights and the food was lovely.The set menu at 25 euros was excellent value,your only problem would be managing to eat it all!
Would loved to have visited in the summer as the pool looked lovely.Would recommend to anyone

Spent two nights here earlier this month. Found the staff to be first class. Very accommodating and friendly. The entire hotel was extremely well run and impeccably clean. As in Spotless! Very good breakfast. Not the Ritz Carlton but excellent value for the price. Did I mention it was clean.

We stayed for two nights in the apartment rooms away from the main hotel. Lovely room with a comfortable bed. Great views over the valley. A good 10 minute walk into the town where all the restaurants and tourist attractions were. Uphill on the way there and down on the way back making it easier when you have been walking all day. Nice toiletries including a travel toothbrush. Breakfast was very continental with a cold buffet and no hot food. Lots of cakes and sweet things. Price was higher than the main hotel due to the views and the new accommodation.

We stayed at the Hotel La Terazza on the outskirts of Assisi for two nights at the end of October, 2012. Despite the fact that our Garmin did not recognize the street name, Via Fratelli Caninichetti (it defaulted to another Via Fratelli), we were able to find the hotel easily due to a street sign with the hotel's name that is posted on the road to Assisi from S75 heading north. The hotel has ample free parking.

One of the reasons we chose this hotel is the fact that it is located next to the stop for the shuttle bus to Assisi. From there you can take the bus into the Piazza de Commune in the heart of the city. When you check in be sure to ask the receptionist for the booklet that includes the shuttle bus schedules (about every 30 minutes). You need to have bus tickets when you board and you can buy them from the hotel receptionist (2 euros per person for a round trip). Also, get directions to the bus stop. It is located just opposite the hotel's back gate, which is accessed by stairs from outside the reception area (the hotel is located, like all of Assisi, on a hillside and the back gate is on the hotel's third level).

The hotel has a nice restaurant for both breakfast and dinner. I had a wonderful pasta with pesto and pine nuts. Yum yum! There is also a bar (which has an assortment of paperback books left by previous guests) and where the hotel's free wifi is available.

The best thing about this hotel, however, is the manager, Antonello. He helped us with the bus tickets, immediately made arrangements to replace a burned out bulb in the floor lamp in our room, helped me access their wifi network and made hotel reservations for our ongoing trip to Ravenna. He also has a very warm and friendly personality and speaks excellent English (for those of us not fluent in Italiano.

Our room was in a new one-story annex in front of the hotel. It was clean, well decorated and had an individual walk-out balcony overlooking the valley below. Another plus of being in the annex is that there were no stairs from the hotel driveway to the room, so it was very easy to move our luggage from our rental car into the room.

We loved this hotel and highly recommend it.
