Thank you Nicola and family for making our trip so much fun! Your views of the Siena area are amazing. We would recommend this property to anyone( not for physically challenged). There are quite a few steps up the stairs and Nicola helps with the luggage!! There isn't a kinder family to help make your stay in Siena enjoyable. His mother in laws cooking classes with his assistant Katerina are worth the trip. We ad so much fun learning to make pasta,gnocchi, and chicken scallopine. We did have a bit of the wonderful chianti Classico reserve that is made in the area, with dinner. A truly memorable night! Thank you again Nicola!!

I have stayed there twice so far and cannot wait to get back again. Such a beautiful place! The service is excellent, the breakfast is also a unique experience! Love, love, love this place!!!!! So much beauty! So much tranquility!

I have always wanted to stay in a castle, so when some friends recommended this one to my husband and me, it seemed ideal. When we arrived, Nicola greeted us outside. During our entire stay, he was very hospitable and friendly. The breakfast that he set up for us each morning was so nice since it overlooked the Tuscan countryside. We stayed in the Tower room, which I had read in all the reviews that the Tower room was the place to stay. It was! The room was two-story and had windows on three sides of the room with perfect views of the Tuscan countryside. It was like a dream. We would recommend this castle to others and would definitely return!

This is a lovely alternative to staying in a town and the charm of staying in a castle was great. We even wore crowns for a bit of fun! The accommodation is comfortable and the view from all aspects was just sensational. Breakfast was fresh and enjoyable, Niccola was a great host.
We opted for the dinner in the 'farmhouse', a restaurant owned by a family member, which was fine, but my suggestion would be to take some food for a platter, and enjoy the time you have in the castle. It was €50 for the taxi as we decided not to drive there, so the meal finished up an expensive choice.
