This was one of our highlights of our stay in Tuscany! Gina, Ryan and Sira make a great team with a good balance between professionalism and fun. The experience of preparing, cooking and then sharing the meal with Gina and Ryan, along with some local wines was an something that we would highly recommend - and at last we can make fresh pasta! The Old Mill house venu, and the perfectly prepared ingredients was a feast for the eyes (and a great photo opportunity) when we walked in, and set the tone for the rest of the day. Since arriving back home (Durban, South Africa), we have tried a different recipe from the recipe book that Gina gave us, and of course it's not quite the same as being in the Tuscan countryside, but it was a huge success!
