My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights, from Sept 30, and enjoyed it very much. The former palazzo is charming in a shabby-chic sort of way, with large open spaces that made me wonder at their former use. The staff were great, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was a good assortment of cereals, fruit, pastries, cheese and meat, and you could ask for a cappuccino, in addition to the pot of coffee available. Our large room was on the street side, which I knew when I booked, so not the best of the rooms, but the street is fairly quiet, the hotel being at the edge of the old town, so we slept well. Ony real complaints: the bathroom could have used a shelf or storage space for our toiletries, and the wi-fi was spotty. The garden is lovely, a perfect spot to enjoy a glass of wine and watch the sun set. I would definitely go back.
