My wife, daughter and I spent two weeks in this hotel and loved every minute. The level of customer service was extremely high throughout all aspects of the hotel. We had superior rooms in an annex to the main building, situated amongst the beautiful garden from which the hotel takes its name. The food was of good quality from the buffet breakfast , through lunch to dinner in the evening. We had an evening meal in the hotel on more occasions than we anticipated because the quality compared to other local offerings was so good. The rooms were cleaned daily, bedding changed daily and bathroom supplies replaced daily. Atla the barman is a real character as is the maitre'd and his waiting staff who we got to know well over the period of our stay. I would recommend this place as a great place to stay if you intend to visit the south of Tuscany.
