“Comfortable and stylish”

This is a most impressive building and the interior is attractive with its recent frescoes. The central public spaces are beautifully designed. As we were a student group, we rather filled out the hotel, and the management dealt with us with great consideration and helpfulness. Rooms have few frills but are comfortable. Situation is good. Breakfasts were outstanding.
The only thing is that the building tends to be a bit echoey, so noise from opening doors tends to resound. We were very pleased to have found this good hotel, at reasonable prices.

A very nice small boutique hotel, strategically located: just beside AC Siena stadium, across San Domenico church, within walking distance to the old town also to the bus station.

Sweet & romantic classic building & decorations, helpful & friendly staffs, fast check in/out, clean & spacious rooms & bathroom, comfort bed.

The in-house restaurant also serve good food at decent price! I love this hotel! :)

No elevators though, stairs only, might be not convenient if you bring big suitcases (not me).

The location is very convenient to historical Siena's main attractions and the regional bus terminal. However, the tiled floors in rooms and hallways make for a very noisy night. Do not stay here if you want a solid night's sleep.
Also, while the restaurant downstairs was delightful for dinner, the breakfast was not to the same standards. Most disappointing is the automatic coffee machine which seemed out of place in an otherwise good-quality establishment.
A generous three stars for location, restaurant (dinner), and charm. Points off for noise, indifferent staff, sub-par breakfast, and less than meticulous cleaning.

Stayed one night while walking the Via Francigena and wish it could have been more. The room was great, with comfy bed, best shower encountered so far, fast wifi and nice furnishings. Ate in the restaurant that night and service and food were the best we've had since arriving in Tuscany ten days ago. Breakfast this morning equally good, with enormous range of options and very plentiful. Would recommend this hotel.

The Hotel is placed just next to the Bus Terminal in the center of Town. The rooms are big and the one we had over looked the Football Stadium but sadly we could not catch any game as we were staying mid week. Helpful staff and very good breakfast. Clean rooms and clean bathrooms. checkin and check out was fast. all the major tourist attractions are walkable distance from the hotel. the railway station is about 3.5KM away and we walked both ways. Incase you dont want to walk there are Taxis available from both the Hotel and the Railway Station.

Room Tip: There are no lifts and you need to carry your luggage to the room which could be difficult if you ha...

Very nice hotel with a lovely breakfast. First time I found eggs and fruit and other options all together in Italy! Exciting. Lots of marble and clean, nice staff. The price was basically the same as other places we stayed in Siena that were definitely not as nice. The bed was uncomfortable and the room was a bit loud, but that seems to be what you get in Siena. Would stay here again.

The shower in my room was strange - it was small and awkwardly shaped. The bed was not comfortable it seemed to be an older mattress on a rickety frame. However, the staff was friendly and the location is perfect.
