We stayed at this accommodation for two nights earlier this month. It is very well located, and presents good value for money. The breakfast is basic, but adequate – cook your own toast / heat your own pre-packaged croissants and pastries / make your own pod coffee. We stayed in the “Sara” room, located directly to the right of the front entrance. As stated by the reviewer below, the shower was “comically microscopic” (!!) – ridiculously small for anyone average size and above. If you’re a larger than average individual, I don’t recommend you take this room. It does get very frustrating not being able to shower properly. Other than this, our stay was quite comfortable (including the bed). The B&B offers a free collection service from the train station. I recommend using this, as it avoids the problem of having to make arrangements to meet and collect the keys as the venue itself is not staffed.

Tip: If you're happy to spend a little more than average on dinner, do yourself a favour and book into La Taverna di San Giuseppe (www.tavernasangiuseppe.it). It’s an easy walk from the accommodation. Awesome food and excellent service in a lovely setting. One of the best meals we had over our entire three week Italian holiday (and that’s saying something!!).

A great location steps from the Duomo and Pinacoteca (well worth a visit, by the way). Both the common area and the Bedrooms felt airy, new, fresh, and (with one glaring exception) spacious. Breakfast was the standard B&B fare, make your own coffee (you are mostly on your own except for checkin/checkout).

The room we stayed in (adjacent to the entry door) was humongous: good sized bedroom, an adjacent sitting room with flatscreen, and bath. The bath itself was not tiny, however the shower was comically microscopic. I dropped a bar of soap, and I had to open *both* doors to have enough room to pick it up! I'm 6 foot 1 inch, not particularly tall. The shower stall can't be more than 30 inches square in size. Otherwise, I would have given this place a "5" rating.

My cousin and I stayed for 2 nights and we were comfortable. It was a short walk to the Duomo and Il Campo. We stayed at the Anna room, a decent sized room with soft pillows, nice linen and warm comforter. The adjoining bathroom was big with a bathtub and jacuzzi. However, toiletries provided (shampoo and soap) were too small and they didn't give additional ones for our second night. Breakfast selection was varied but everything (even the coffee) was pre-packaged so nothing special. We had no interaction with anyone except for the time we checked-in and paid for the room. However, they did agree that we could leave our bags in the foyer until our late afternoon departure. That was great. I would recommend this B&B for the excellent location, comfortable room and reasonable price.

How much do you need from a b&b anyhow, but this place really TOOK MY BREATH AWAY. Very, very clean rooms, breakfast was ok (but again I am a spoiled brat when it comes to food), i had jacuzzi in my tub but didn't get to use it.

Service was on the spot (sometimes hard to find in italy, everybody is relaxed and it takes time to get into the rhythm). A cute girl who works there told me about some new things to check out. I studied in Siena so knew the city well. I came to visit some friends who still live there from my study abroad time. They also showed me around.

The price to quality ratio is probably like a bottle of 1999 Brunello for 5 euro!!! (for those unfamiliar, friggin good!). Will stay again, hope won't be completely booked.
