The B&B is a very nice place, about 2 minutes walk form the entrance to the old town. About 15 minutes walk from the Duomu. The staff is very nice and helpfull. Only problem is the lack of parking. You will have to park in the surrounding area, sometimes 15 minutes walk away from it. The breakfasts are also a bit poor but it worked out for us anyway.

This was a pleasant surprise and was one of the best bed and breakfasts we had ever been to. The rooms are nice and modern and the whole property was very clean. Long entry staircase and no lift was a bit of a downside for us. The breakfast was very good and the staff were pleasant and helpful. Just a short walk to the heart of this medieval city where you can experience great food and step back into history. Overall, we were very happy we chose to stay at this bed and breakfast.

Room Tip: Book well in advance. Both sides of the building are equal with regard to traffic noise which isn...

Stayed here for about a week and learnt to appreciate all the light and shadow:
Great location between the escalator to the train station and the city walls, one of the two best breakfasts I've ever been served in Italy, decent rooms, okay kitchen (for a usage fee).
But: small and very basic bathrooms and the major downside: Very moody staff. After a few unpleasant encounters I knew my way around them (mother and daughter, if I'm not mistaken), but especially the non Italian speakers among other guests had a rather hard time with them complaining about someone using the wrong bathroom and other ridiculous stuff.

Room Tip: Our room on the ground floor had access to a nice little terrace and garden

Lovely bed and breakfast located in a terraced area of Siena.
Very close to the old town.
Approximately 20 mins walk downhill to the train station.
There is a flight if stairs up to the room so be mindful if you have a heavy suitcase as there is no lift facility.
The room is clean and the bathroom is simple and airy. We were able to open our windows for fresh air which was very pleasant but can be quite hot in the afternoon depending on where your room is.
There is a laundry service at a minimal charge.
Breakfast is very simple. Pastry, toast, cereals, small selection of ham or salami and hard boiled eggs.
The staff are friendly.
Would definitely recommend.
We had an overall pleasant stay there.

This B&B is only 50 meters from the north gate (Porta Camollia) to the fantastic city of Siena! It's away from the crowds of tourists, and the local restaurants cater more to locals with great food and prices. You can walk to the center of the city in 10-15 minutes. The staff were very friendly and helpful with recommendations for tours and restaurants.

Parking can be a bit of a challenge. Although it's free and only a short walk away, finding a space can be difficult depending on the time of day.

Room Tip: Ask for a quiet room in the back. We were in Room 8.

The only really good thing I have to say about this place is the location is great. The room, not so much. Broken furniture, broken outlets....just cheap & crummy. The woman was not very friendly, the man acted put out when asked for directions, told me to look it up on the internet.

The B & B Camollia is well located only 100 yards from the gates to the old town. The B & B itself is clean and the rooms adequate for the price, the breakfast room however is far too cramped for the number of rooms!
