Quite by accident, four of us found this "gem" of a restaurant, winery and also they ahve some apartments for rent. If we return to Italy, this will be a destination! First, it is a beutifflly picturesque winery which has been held by the same family for over a hundred years. the hostess, Valentina was gracious, warm and engaging plus had the added benefit of being fluent in English. We had four different entrees cooked by her brother, Francesco and he gets A+ on all four. We also met Fernando, the father/owner who speaks only "Napoli" but was fun to meet!
The tables are set at large picture windows which overlook the vineyards and scenery which is Tuscany-amazing!
All four of us LOVED our experience with our accidental "find" and would say, "Add this attraction" to your visit. You will not be disappointed. One of the two best restaurants we found in 17 days! Two of us do not drink alcohol but the two in our party who did loved the wine tasting and thought all five they tried were excellent and our part came away with six bottles to bring back to the US.
