I often go to this family-owned pizzeria, since my Neapolitan friends say that this is the truly and best Neapolitan pizza in Pisa. Pizza is very good indeed; it is the "soft dough" type that you find in Neaples, pretty different from the "thin and crusty dough" that you find in standard pizzerias around the rest of Italy. The owners are true Neapolitans, and the special feature of the place is Vincenzo the "pizzaiolo", a madcap that loves showing off his abilities at acrobatic pizzamaking to children; children of course love him, and when we ask my daughter where she wants to go out for pizza she invariably asks for "Vincenzo's". Prices are pretty reasonable if you stick to the usual pizza and beer, but tend to rise (a bit unreasonably) if you also add in the local (pretty good) "antipasti".
