“Pleasant Stay”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 1 week ago

Clean and cozy hotel. It has a reach breakfast. The only "problems are: a little bit far from the city center (25 minits by foot) and no balcony. The hotel staff is helpfull. Good option for a short stay in Pisa.

This hotel has a very modern feel. When arriving you will notice the glass exterior. The modern feel extends into the rooms themselves with a modern black/grey look and lots of mirror.

Depending on your taste, this can be a pro or con, however I liked the look personally.

Hotel is a bit outside the central Pisa town. To get in one can catch a bus or for larger groups it may make more sense to take a Taxi. To Pisa tower, we were able to get our group of 6 for 14 Euros.

The hotel staff went above and beyond the morning of our departure. We had a morning flight to catch, and they were unable to get any response from the local taxi company to come and get us. In light of this they offered us a complimentary ride in their shuttle bus which was very appreciated considering the time constraints.

Would stay here again if in the Pisa area.

A modern, clean and comfortable hotel. However, the noise control wasn't very good. We could hear what sounded like moving furniture from the floor above us, for a good half an hour.
The wifi was available to the room, free of charge, but was very slow at times. Sometimes it wouldn't connect at all if more than one of us was using it.

If you are going to order from the bar, make sure you ask for the prices first. We made the mistake of ordering a sandwich with juice. The waiter came out and poured us each a glass of orange juice, not even filled a quarter of the glass. Much to my shock, we were still charged a full 3.50 euros per drink each. When I went to complain about this (as politely as I could), the waiter said that a small bottle had been used. He didn't speak the best English, so I gave in and paid. However it made me not want to purchase any thing else from the hotel restaurant/bar, so we got our food from a local pizzeria from then on.

Room Tip: Get a high floor, because noise appeared to becoming from the floor above us. We were on the third f...

The architects were given a free hand with this hotel, it is over the top trendy. However it is a very good value because it is outside of the main tourist area. It will cost you about 12-15 euros to go the leaning tower. The breakfast is second to none some of the front hotel staff can be a bit short with you, but , we just smiled our way past that.

hotel is about 15 min drive from the airport its modern inside, the reception staff was friendly enough, we ordered a bottle of champagne for the room on arrival but had to go down and ask for it, they said they would put it to the room next day but we still had to phone down for it so was a bit disappointed in that. We only stayed 2 nights which was ideal for what we was there for we did a bit of sight seeing then went back to the hotel and sat outside where there was a bell to ring and the waiter would be out immediately unfortunately we waited 10 mins and still no one came so we went down the street into a cafe/restaurant for a drink then walked back to the hotel and still no one came so we had to go inside to find someone to serve, by this time there was a few people sitting outside so we thought the waiter would stay and serve but no,we had to go inside every time someone needed serving. So the service was a bit poor but as in all it was ok to stay for a few days

We stayed here for one night after flying into Pisa before heading onto Florence. The hotel has a very modern feel to it. It is clean and the staff are helpful. The hotel is a fair distance from the main sites of Pisa but there is a bus stop close by, within 15 minutes on the bus and you are in the centre. I would book here if you were after a clean hotel for a very reasonable rate. If you want to be close to the centre or want a special experience then look elsewhere. It is very similar to some of the large budget chains of hotels we get in the UK in a lot of respects. It was exactly what I thought it would be when booking.

Came here in the way out to Pisa airport the next day. The rooms, styling and decor were new age and fab, shame about the restaurant and service, was very poor. We paid about 20 euro a head for meat with half a jacket potato in foil and although we got a wine menu on the second ask, no drinks orders were taken. We seemed invisible to the staff, and this applied to the bar area too, where we waited 10 minutes without a staff member in sight. Won't be rushing back. On the bright side there's a great bar round the corner.
