“Great base for Tuscan trips!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 21, 2013 via mobile

We stayed here for one night. Our room was very well set out with Internet access and a wine selection! Breakfast was provided and was very good. We plan to stay here again, on our next visit to Tuscany.

Everything was great. Very nice room and great breakfast offered. Michele is a wealth of knowledge and had great advice on where to visit. Ended up staying longer than anticipated due to his great advice. Also restaurant recommendations were perfect having enjoyed some great food whilst in Pisa

i stayed here for a couple of days in the summer and would have no hesitation in either returning or recommending him to friends and family. The Guest house was charming, well equipped, comfortable, clean and really delightful. Michele was both approachable and helpful, offering advice on where to eat. what to see and where to get the best ice-cream in Pisa. Nothing felt like it was too much trouble and i felt that he went out of his way to ensure that we had a memorable and fun trip

Michele's guest house is more than just a place to stay. He is a wonderful host who takes the time to share his knowledge of his home town, Pisa. Michele has a passion for the history of Pisa and its people, and takes great pride in explaining to his guests all the city and surrounds has to offer.
We stayed in the family room, which was lovely and spacious, with a fantastic bathroom. Everything was spotless. The included breakfast was great, and there was plenty to choose from for all tastes and appetites. Michele is happy to make recommendations for restaurants in Pisa as well as other places to visit locally.
The guest house is centrally located, only a couple of blocks from the railway station, and an easy walk to the centre of Pisa (and of course the leaning tower).
If you're staying in Pisa for just a night or planning on making it your base in Tuscany, I can highly recommend Michele's Guest House.

Well located two blocks from the train station, Michele's Guest House is a gem. Michele is an engineer and it shows in the smart choices made in design and amenities. His stamp of perfection is apparent in all aspects. Accommodations are thoughtful and immaculate, including unexpected touches such as in room mini snackbar and laptop. Look for the beautiful photo murals in the bathrooms.

An additional value is Michele's resturant and sight seeing recommendations; on point in every way, they allowed us to make good use of our limited time in Pisa.

I chose this B&B based on Tripadvisor reviews, and wasn't disappointed. It's conveniently located a 5 minute walk from the train station, and it's less than a half hour's rambling walk to the tower, even stopping to look around and take photos on the way. Michele was warm and welcoming and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Free wifi was much appreciated. Breakfast was excellent, and the restaurants he recommended also turned out to be very good.

Loved everything about it. Close to the train station, close to bus stops, beautiful rooms, and extremely helpful host. Two thumbs up from the whole group. Will surely book a room there next time I am in Pisa.
