Stayed here for 3 nights only and I think a longer stay would have been less enjoyable. Pisa is qutie a small town anyway and the hotel is in quite a remote location. Transport is available from the hotel but be prepared for a wait. This is a comfortable 4 star hotel but restaurant has limited menu and there are no other restaurants nearby. Ownership had recently changed to a new chain when I was there so there was quite a bit of re-branding paintwork going on in the reception lounge area and the staff at the desk seemed uniterested or otherwise engaged for most of the time. The pool was very nice and relaxing during the day but the restaurant bar wasn't open until later in the evening so had to leave the pool and cross over the road to a nearby pub / cafe bar to get a drink. Little things like this in the level of service sort of spoilt it for me and it definatley would have been more annoying if I needed to stay longer than the three days, but overall it wasn't too bad.

I stayed here for one night with my boyfriend before having to catch an early flight in the morning. The room was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed for our stay. You can catch the number 5 bus from just around the corner from the hotel which takes you to and from the central train station, so it is very easy to get around. In the morning the reception called a taxi for us to go to the airport. It was about 10 minutes journey and cost 18 euros.

The only downside was that the air conditioning in the room didn't seem to work, so it was too hot and difficult to sleep, however I am quite sure that if we had gone down to the reception they would have helped us.

Nice hotel with clean rooms and reasonable service.

Connected well enough to be a good business hotel.

We stayed here for 1 night before an early flight at the end of October. The room was lovely, there were 3 of us and our little girl had her own space and bathroom (adjoining rooms rather than the usual fold up bed crammed into a double).
It was very clean too which is always a relief. Two negatives (not counting the restaurant) made me rate this hotel as a "poor" 1. It was freezing. They had this funny air conditionining that once switched on only lasted for about 3 mins before automatically switching off. This may mean it would do the same in the summer and therefore be roasting but that's only my assumption??? and 2. We booked an early call for 0345 which didn't arrive.
The restaurant: We ate there as it was convenient due to our late arrival but I'd give it a miss. It was more like service station food and the wine list was pretty rubbish too. The waitress didn't know what Cognac was neither and my husband had to go to the bar to point it out???
