“A place to stop, sleep and get going again”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed March 21, 2014

Stayed 2 different nights at the same place- one going to France, and another coming back. Room was overheated both times, and the thermostat was not controllable. BOOK ONLINE it's about $25 cheaper. They accepted dogs, which was a plus, and the breakfast included hot scrambled eggs and sausage. It was fine for our travel budget and short non-sightseeing stay.

Stopped off for one-night on way back to UK. Hotel is clean, modern and has the Magic restaurant at its side for an ok'ish meal. We dumped our bags and got the number 5 bus from about 100 metres away into Pisa to see some of the sights. Costs only a couple of euro on the bus and it takes you right into the heart of Pisa in about 25-30 minutes. Would recommend for a quick stop-over.

I arrived to this hotel at 11am well aware that it was before the check-in time, but I thought that I would ask if my room was ready anyway. The woman behind the counter was exceptionally rude and unhelpfull! I could luckily leave my bag there, but there was no help in getting to the city centre - she suggested that I should walk (5.5km), which I ended up doing!
Later when I returned there had been a power cut and I couldn't check in. When the power finally came back I checked in, but couldn't claim both rooms on my reservation, because I didn't have the passport for the other person staying in that room (although I had the name and documentation that both rooms were paid for). All in all a terrible lack of service and polite manners. The room itself was fine and clean although very basic. But the overall experience was ruined by the staff!

It's a motel type hotel, rooms are what you expect, but it was clean and tidy, breakfast was OK usual type stuff, no tea or coffee in the room , wifi poor coverage. No restaurant when I was there, other than that fine for one night, quite away from any attractions. Parking available. P.S is near the airport.

Room Tip: If you have a car it's fine, If not and your going to use taxi's think again.

The bathroom was so weird. Shower curtain could not be closed.
Sink is plugged and overflowing.
There were only 2 towel set as we were three. We found the third set on the floor used as a barrier to overflowing shower base.
Breakfast was not included in hotel price and we need to pay seperately. That is ok, we knew that, but we are told that it will be cheaper if we pay while checkin. And we did so.
How disappointing breakfast. We paid 6.90 Euro each for a slice of bread with Philly chees. There was almost noting else to eat.

Only good thing was swimming pool which is open till 23:30.
And definetely friendly staff.
Why we didn't ask to change our room, becasue we checkdin so late and so tired.
We stayed in room 123 and opur friend in 5th floor.
When we saw their room, it looked lişke totally different hotel. Their room was like 5 star hotel while our is barely one star.
I could write a 5 start review if i had stayed in 5th floor but with the room we get...terrible

Room Tip: Definetely in 5th Floor

Looking for a room for one night in Pisa. Found this place conveniently located close to Pisa's attractions.
The air-conditioned room is clean and comfortable, equipped with flat TV screen and refrigerator.
Reception staff speaks English (and some other four languages) and are very helpful.
Location is also very convenient if need to get to Pisa's airport. Average breakfast.

Tip - Hotel's guests can enjoy the swimming pool that is located in the adjacent building (not owned by the hotel)
