The bathroom was so weird. Shower curtain could not be closed.
Sink is plugged and overflowing.
There were only 2 towel set as we were three. We found the third set on the floor used as a barrier to overflowing shower base.
Breakfast was not included in hotel price and we need to pay seperately. That is ok, we knew that, but we are told that it will be cheaper if we pay while checkin. And we did so.
How disappointing breakfast. We paid 6.90 Euro each for a slice of bread with Philly chees. There was almost noting else to eat.

Only good thing was swimming pool which is open till 23:30.
And definetely friendly staff.
Why we didn't ask to change our room, becasue we checkdin so late and so tired.
We stayed in room 123 and opur friend in 5th floor.
When we saw their room, it looked lişke totally different hotel. Their room was like 5 star hotel while our is barely one star.
I could write a 5 start review if i had stayed in 5th floor but with the room we get...terrible

Room Tip: Definetely in 5th Floor

Looking for a room for one night in Pisa. Found this place conveniently located close to Pisa's attractions.
The air-conditioned room is clean and comfortable, equipped with flat TV screen and refrigerator.
Reception staff speaks English (and some other four languages) and are very helpful.
Location is also very convenient if need to get to Pisa's airport. Average breakfast.

Tip - Hotel's guests can enjoy the swimming pool that is located in the adjacent building (not owned by the hotel)

Good solid hotel for a quick stop on the way to other cities. A 10 min drive to Pisa centre. Rooms are basic but clean. Staff is friendly. Breakfast not included and wifi super slow but free. Perfect for a one night stop

4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 30, 2013

We were driving from our home in France to join our youngest son who was flying from Dublin to Pisa to spend a week with us on the coast and as his flight didn't arrive until 5 pm we needed a hotel close to the airport and close enough to have dinner in Pisa and of course see the tower. The hotel was ideally situated and had a suite for 3 people (seperate adjoining rooms) and a balcony which was excellent for our needs. We also had use of the outdoor swimming pool at the adjoining conference centre and as it was a swelteringly hot day was very welcome especially the cold beer at the poolside bar. Overall great value at €85 for the 3 of us and extremely convenient. Oh! and by the way we found the staff extremely pleasant and most helpful.

Very comfortable bed
Spacious, modern and clean bedroom and bathroom

Breakfast (at €6.90pp) was below average - we only stayed there 1 night, but if we stayed again we would prefer to go to the effort of going to a cafe somewhere else.

Nice man at evening check in. Daytime Reception staff rude and sat around stuffing pastries and coffee into their faces instead of working.
I have books fatter than the pillows in here.
Bath plugs removed so you can't have a bath (obv for saftey reasons and not intentionally to stop you :(lol).
Internet is free but you have to sign up for it.

Why can't people be nice and wifi easy?.
