This hotel is in a perfect location for walking to the Tower of Pisa and the Train station. It is also right on the river with great views. The hotel has a long history and is charming in nature. The staff could not be more helpful and the room was excellent quality. I'm sure the hotel will have some investment in the future but this is a great hotel in a great location.

The hotel was great and nice, compared to the price, we didn't expect such an excellent service and environment. Very close to the bus station and easy to reach. We spent only one night there and it was a perfect night in Pisa. We would love to come back again if we visit Pisa.

The hotel is old and has plenty of charm. The rooms are a bit tired...but very comfortable and clean. The location right on the River Arno is fantastic...and a short walk to great restaurants and sights. Staff very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

The title say it all... Located on the banks of the river and less than 15 minutes walk from the leaning Tower. The hotel is old in style and the lift was a little like something you would have expected in the 1950s. The staff were really friendly and helpful. There is a lovely little roof terrace which is the perfect spot for aperitif (which was good value at €3 for a glass of prosecco and a small plate of nibbles). Rooms are a little cramped but nothing that you wouldn't expect from a city center hotel - especially one of this age. But don't let the age of the property put you off - it has loads of character and I would certainly stay again (if I were to return to Pisa).

We stayed on what turned out to be the hottest day of the summer and unfortunately our air con was broken. Very little attempt was made to fix it (we told them before we went out for dinner and came back to find nothing had changed). They did give us a fan to use for the night which helped (but only mildly).

Buffet breakfast was really good and they even have options for those with wheat / gluten intolerance.

Hotel is about €10 taxi ride from the airport.
