Stopped here one night in July - arrived just before reception closes at 20.00. Everyone very pleasant with OK English. Nice room in courtyard with patio. All the little stuff that makes the visit easier (soap/shampoo etc) provided. They don't do food - but there is a very good pizzeria/trattoria about 100 metres away.
Located one junction up the Li-Pi-Fi from Pisa Airport so convenient for that. It's a bit of a walk into the city though.
Very cheap at 50 euro and good value for the quality of room and service.
