We had a wonderful stay at B&B Guerrazzi. Alberto and Mariaelena took good care of us. The place was clean, spacious and the home-made breakfast was very nice!

The highlight of our stay was the wine tour Alberto organised for us. We spent a fantastic day in the hills of the Chianti Classic region enjoying good wine and good company.

We were so glad to stay in this B&B. Mariaelena and ALberto were so friendly and hospitality. We had good time here. We will choose to stay here again if back to Pisa.

Even before landing in Pisa, I was so impressed with the service that I received from Mariaelena and Alberto. They were always prompt in replying to emails and gave me sound advice for our travel to and out of Pisa.
The B&B itself is truly a home away from home with every small comfort being thought off. When you enter the B&B, you are treated to a delight of home-made cakes and cookies which are displayed cafe -style. You are supplied with your own coffee machine (which makes the most divine aromatic coffee), a microwave, all the crockery you need for your stay (including wine glasses, cork screw etc), a fully stocked fridge of juices/ water/ yoghurt/ cheese/ butter etc and a table set for 2.
Besides the cakes and cookies we were also given bread, croissants, jams, nutella, cheese, which made for a very good breakfast and a snack when we got back after touring.
Mariaelena made us feel so at home and came in and asked us about our itinerary and then advised us on the best way to get there, the prices of tickets and the best places to eat where the locals go to. We went ahead with all her recommendations and were never dissapointed. The map that she gave us which she added on numbers to all the restaurants we wanted to try out and the bus numbers for each destintaion was the best asset for our short stay in Pisa. This made sure we always knew where we were going and never got lost.
Alberto was a great help also and took us to the supermarket on the day we were leaving to get an ipad charger (which we had forgotten at home) He even lent us his personal charger during our stay at the B&B.
The room itself is also really beautiful with a comfortable bed. The shower is heavenly and the bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer, shampoo, lotion etc.

This is the best place to stay in Pisa - mainly due to the perfect hosts, Mariaelena & Alberto and the close proximity to the main train station (about a 5 min walk) and really superb local restaurants!
We will definitely be staying here the next time we visit Pisa.

We spent a week at this delightful B&B, and confirm all that all the previous posts praising this astounding accommodation are correct. The rooms are spotless and designed very well. Being just a 5 minute walk from the rail station and the centre of Pisa, and only 20 minute walk to the Tower, B&B Guerrazzi is in an ideal location.

Walking will be essential if you are concerned about your waistline, as you will not be able to resist the amazing breakfasts provided.

This was the perfect start to our Italy vacation. Pisa was just going to be a place to land, recover from jet lag, and then move onto our Cinque Terre destination. It turned out to be one of my favorite days in Italy. The location was great. We got to the apartment in less than 1 hour from our landing. It was a quick bus ride and short walk away from the airpot. Mariaelena thought of everything. The breakfast options were plentiful and delicious. She even provided snack options when we arrived in the afternoon. The rooms were comfortable and beautifully decorated. I even took pictures of the bathroom because it was so pretty! Mariaelena gave us a map and pointed out highlights of Pisa as well as restaurant options. She was so sweet, and made us feel at home.

What an amazing accommodation! The owners are so kind and friendly - incredibly helpful in terms of suggesting things to do and places to eat in Pisa. The fresh baked bread, fruit, yoghurt, espresso and cakes that were fresh daily for our breakfast were delicious! I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone coming to Pisa. I also recommend you stay longer than just the day. There is so much more here and around here than the leaning tower - well worth the visit! cheers:)

We were very fortunate to stay at B & B Guerazzi recently. It is run by Mariaelena and Alberto, a friendly and resourceful professional couple. It is unlike any other B & B we have experienced. With our own apartment - super bathroom, cosy lounge/kitchen and spacious bedroom, with a comfortable bed - we had privacy and a quiet place to rest after long days taking in Pisa and Lucca, not forgetting free use of a computer with wi-fi, and satellite TV. Not only this, we also had beautiful freshly-baked bread, cakes (not too sweet - just right) and biscuits, fresh milk, yogurt, fruit and hot drinks all laid on for breakfast and any other snack you might fancy. The welcome smell of Mariaelena's baking greets you when you return in the afternoon. The apartment is spotless, and tastefully decorated, and yet very homely. There is a well-designed and equipped roof terrace as well - unfortunately it was cold and wet when we were there so we didn't have the chance to experience it. It looks perfect for warm mornings and evenings.
Pisa isn't very big, but B & B Guerazzi is well-located for anything that you want to do in this attractive and peaceful town - near the railway station, river, town centre, sights. The neighbourhood is quiet (the apartment is double-glazed too) and pleasant.
Alberto gave us some great tips for restaurants and ice cream, and both he and Mariaelena are generous with useful information about Pisa and other parts of Tuscany. He also provided us, at a small extra charge, with a meet-and-greet service at the airport when we arrived (quite late). It was very welcome. Alberto had even set up the railway timetable on the computer for us - how thoughtful. It is these little touches which put this B & B in the excellent category - they have thought of everything, it seems, and are also open to feedback and welcome suggestions on improving their service further.
The only small issue for us were the pillows, which were a little too thin and soft for us. But it was a tiny blemish in an otherwise outstanding stay. Thanks a lot Mariaelena and Alberto. We'll be trying to book up when we return to Pisa.
