Very nice Hotel with nice welcoming and friendly staff. The breakfast is included in most bookings..(or i presume all bookings) and it is a good buffet breaky..nice choice of things! Nice location within a 3-4 minute walk from the Pisa Centrale Train Station. Nice location to walk around the town and about 10-15min walk from sites such as Leaning Tower of Pisa and the Piazza next to it.

Had a nice clean en-suite room and for a solo backpacker, I decided to treat myself as the price was very good too.

We stayed overnight in this hotel. It's nothing fancy but clean and tidy. It's one of the cheaper hotels in Pisa and we picked it as it was close to the stazione centraale, and also a easily manageable 20mins walk to the Piazza dei Miracoli. The room was rather small and cramped, but manageable for a short stay, and I wouldn't want to stay for more than a day or two. The AC in the room, while old but worked quite well and was essential when it's hot.

Breakfast is included but was fairly basic, but the coffee brewed to order were actually quite good.

I will recommend this place to travelers looking for overnight night stay in Pisa, esp if you are going to arrive late at night like we did (courtesy of a 2 hours delay by Ryanair) as the reception is open 24 hours.

There is no elevator at the premise so you will have to be prepared to lug your bags up 1 or 2 floors.

Stayed for a week, nearby the railway station and convenient for the town centre. Used the train most days so railway on the doorstep was great. Reasonable accommodation and good breakfast. For the price we couldn't fault it.

We used this hotel for one night. Breakfast was okay, just a buffet.

Street noise from traffic, road sweepers early in morning. Not hotels fault
No towels, only tea towels effectively
Hotel room doors have thin ply wood in them, so when you close them it makes a loud noise, as does everyone elses room door when they close it.
