mi dispiace molto che non si sia trovata bene nel nostro hotel. Da parte nostra cerchiamo di dare il meglio per cercare di accontentare tutti i clienti, ma non sempre ci riusciamo.
Per quanto riguarda le colazioni però mi permetto di farle presente che i succhi di frutta che usiamo sono di una nota marca della quale per ovvi motivi non posso fare il nome, e sono di 3 tipi. Altrimenti è sempre possibile chiedere spremute di arancia al personale delle colazioni.
Terremo presente il suo consiglio sullo sgabello e sul porta sapone, sicuramente renderà ancora più confortevoli le camere per i prossimi clienti che verranno e per quelli che ritornano.
