We can confirm that the organisation of the booking/reservation seems to be chaotic, as there seems to be little or no communication between the owners (or the person taking a reservation) and the staff working in the accommodation. We booked two days ahead by phone and were assured a double room (but were not told which one). When calling an hour before arrival as agreed (around 17:00), the guy in the b&b asked which room we had reserved, and also upon arrival they had first to call the owners to find out which room to give us, and we had to wait a few minutes for him to prepare the room which obviously had only just been vacated by the previous guest. Some we got the feeling that we were lucky to get a room at all...
But the guy working in the b&b was very friendly, the room (Amsterdam) was ok (even if the "professionally designed furniture" turned out to be calle IKEA), and the location right in the middle of town.
We ended up paying 90 EUR (even though the web site as well as the notice in the room says 80) without breakfast (because we had to leave early to catch our ferry, and the bar was then still closed).
All in all, we felt a bit ripped off, and would probably not go there again.
