Overall, this ghotel is not bad. The breakfast was above average and the hotel hasa good location. All attractions are easily reached on foot, and it is a block away from the Duomo and Accadamia Gallery (nothing is more than 25 minutes away by foot). Also easy to reach hotel from Snata Maria Novella train station by walking. Faults include a very cheap matress with springs that stick into your sides, a shower that blocked up and flooded if you showered for more than 5 minutes, and a noisy room which was too close to reception.
