We spent 5 nights at the place. Stefano contacted us shortly after booking to check arrival details, even sent us a text message on arrival day to update on arrival time. The place is easy to find, clearly marked by a sign next to front door, located on the 2nd floor (no lift!!!) but be sure to check e.g. GoogleMaps for exact location. Ponte Vecchio bridge and SMN train station can be reached within 20-25 mins by walk.
We were shown our room (no. 9, backyard-side, nice, spacious, and quiet with very little noise from the street, nice furnishings and private bathroom), given a free map with useful hints (e,g, bus lines, recommended restaurants). There is a supermarket nearby for easy shopping (closes on Sundays). Tea/coffee and biscuits available anytime throughout a day, on departure day we were given an earlier breakfast upon request. Breakfast was excellent all the time with a very good choice including cereals, orange juice, toasts, cheese and even fresh fruits available.
All in all, the place is a highly recommendable choice and a good value for money but always bear in mind this is just a B&B not a hotel. However, if we are back in Florence one day, we will definitely stay there again!
