This place looked promising, after venturing down the stairs from Piazzale Michelangelo... but it was the worst lunch we've had in Italy. We ordered from the daily specials- roasted chicken and seafood salad. Should be fresh and tasty if it's the special, right? Not in this case. The chicken was extremely dry and flavorless, and while the soup looked good with plenty of big pieces of octopus and fish, the broth had a strange taste and left me feeling queasy. The place has a very hip atmosphere with a mix of tourists and locals, but the food just did not deliver on flavor. Service wasn't great either. 1.50 Euro cover charge per person is ok, but 3.50 for a glass of wine is gratuitous in Italy. I usually try to find the bright side of an experience, but here I just can't recommend it.
