The hotel itself nice, but I don't think it should be a 4 star hotel. A nice 3 star hotel is more like it. The staff was friendly, the rooms are a good size and the breakfast is good. The hotel is outside the city of Florence (11km) but you can get to Florence using public transportation. You'll have to take bus #26 to the tram station, and then the tram to the train station in Florence. It takes about 30-45 minutes, depending on how well you time the bus. At first I was little skeptical, but the fact that it was outside of Florence was not an issue for us. We would leave the hotel after breakfast, go to Florence for the whole day, and go back to the hotel by 9pm. The public transportation was reliable, and the hotel is in a quiet location.

If you like to go back to your hotel for naps, or if you like to go out late at night...this hotel is not for you. I would suggest you find something inside the city of Florence. If your schedule is more like mine (9am to 9 pm), this hotel works well.

We stayed for 2 night's and we had a car. The hotel is outside the city in industrial area, so if you don't have a car I wouldn't recommend to stay there. It's about 15 minutes by car from downtown, so keep that in mind. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Parking is free in front of the hotel.

Outside the city,nothing else in the area ,no restaurant,internet not working,phone in the room not working,and the staff did not try to solve the problems.We had to go and change the phones between rooms in order to make a phone call. At breakfast,there was not enough staff and there was no food. the only positive thing i can say about this hotel is that it is clean.

We stayed for 1 night and overall it was ok. The hotel is outside the city in industrial area, so if you don't have a car I wouldn't recommend to stay there. There are no restaurants or pizza nearby, you need to drive to find smth. A room was clean and basic as well, almost no furniture, just a bed and desk.
