Valentino and Francesco are a fantastic team running the hotel. Service is efficient, smooth, extra helpful. Rooms are tastefully furnished, with a very well equipped kitchen. Very well done renovation, hardwood floors, large bathrooms, spacious, airy. Location is fantastic - coin laundramat across the street, well stocked supermarket down the road. Cafe across the street serves great breakfast (part of our room deal). HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Made our stay in Florence extra fantastic. RH - Keep up the good work!!

Hotels have lost their appeal now that we have stayed at the Residence Hilda. The service was excellent & discreet, and the apartment fantastic. It was a wonderful & peaceful retreat from the city. If you are so inclined, pick up the making of breakfast from the well stocked Conad supermarket just down the street & enjoy in your apartment, rather than partaking of an indifferent & expensive breakfast in the main drag.

We could not have asked for better, which was good as it was for the celebration of my partners 40th. We also enjoyed a fabulous meal at Ristorante Rossini, on a par with the Residence Hilda, and if you can find an excuse to go to either, do so!

The location is perfect, just behind the Duomo but in a quiet street. So you can visit everything by walk.
The rooms are nice, exactly like in the pictures. They are very very clean. They look brand new.
You have a fridge, a microwave etc... in the kitchen so you can enjoy the very good tuscany food that you can buy at the market.
The staff is very nice and helps you for everything you need.
We have a baby so they proposed us if we need a little bathtub for the baby and a mixer for his food. Very kind attention.
Everything was perfect. I hightly recommand this place. If I go back to Florence, I will go back at the residence Hilda.

We were thrilled when we arrived at such a beautiful hotel. It is in the best position in Florence, within walking distance to everything and with the Duomo at the end of the street. Our room was huge, more like an apartment. Great design, modern, fabulous furnishings. The staff were so helpful. I recommend this hotel to anyone, it is great.
