We were excited about the idea of staying in the beautiful 500 year old villa as advertised on their website. When we arrived it did look as advertised, however the smell of cigarette some cannot be described as it hits you like a wall as you walk in. The owners chain smoke all day from the kitchen and the smell has made it way into every room. The "famous Tuscan breakfast" was dry white bread toast and tea. Upon check out we were informed they only accept cash since they do not want to pay the Zimmer taxes. We were told that we could go to a bank if we didn't carry the necessary amount of cash.
They were unprofessional and discourteous. I would never recommend this as a stay to anyone!
