We stayed 3 nights (4 of us in 2 rooms) and were really impressed by the standard of your B&B. Elena you were very helpful and made us feel very welcome. We did book well in advance for good rooms and were delighted - your rooms are very clean, comfortable & nicely furnished. Breakfast was great, good selection & good family style service, made us feel right at home. Elena was on hand to answer any questions & offer good suggestions for the day or nearby restaurants.
A fantastic location just far enough out of town to offer a tranquil place to rest after a busy day. Bus is just a short walk away to get straight into Florence in 15minutes. Thank you again for remembering our Anniversary – the flowers & wine very thoughtful of you.

Excellent place! Large, clean and quiet room. Breakfast was delicious and really plentiful. Owner Elena was really nice and very helpful. We travel quiet a bit and I thought the value for what you get was excellent. While the place is about 10 min by bus, the bus station is nearby and the schedule is reliable (unlike some other regions in Italy). Thank you Elena!

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights during our honeymoon, and Elena made our stay a really memorable part of our vacation. We had mentioned to her during booking that it was our honeymoon, and when we arrived she had purchased beautiful flowers and left them in our room with a congratulatory note. She also spent some time with us when we first arrived, going over the map of Florence with us, giving advice on where to eat and good places to shop, as well as giving us information on the bus routes (we ended up walking, but it was definitely good information for us to have.). Elena speaks very good English and is very accommodating - we felt very well taken care of here.

The only small issue that we had was that the walls are very thin, so the sounds of activity can be heard around the house. We didn't find it bothersome (we were so tired from being out and around the city that we hardly noticed), but it may be worth mentioning, especially for light sleepers. Other than that, we loved Fiorenza and really enjoyed our stay in Florence.

I spent nine delightful days at the Fiorenza B&B at the beginning of November. It is situated in a lovely area and very safe to walk about alone. My room was lovely and it overlooked the beautiful garden. The morning breakfast was yummy with lots of choices. Elena was very helpful: making my reservations for me with the different tours I took, giving great directions on where to get the bus, where to buy the bus tickets, location of the ATM machine etc. I would definitely return to this B&B again.
