The "in room" brochure description for this hotel accurately and comprehensively describes the product delivery without any overstatement. A bit pricey as Florence hotels are, this hotel fits the "boutique" description perfectly. Staff friendliness and assistance was quite outstanding. The superb gym is an added bonus. Centrally located with all cultural and retail activities within a short walk. Breakfast buffet is of a high standard. The only (minor) issue was the shower only bathroom........a bath being a bonus after a hard days "tourism" ........but there was the spa as an option of course. Would revisit and strongly recommend.
